The Province of Davao Occidental has finally received its 7.8M Provincial Share from the Department of Energy (DOE) Energy Regulations No. 1-94 (ER1-94 Fund). This funding initiative is allocated in partnership with the Malita Power Inc (MPI), represented by Business Affairs Personnel, Mr. Cleonante Capiloyan, and Financial Analyst- Treasury Dept, Ms. Jimimah Jimenea.
On behalf of the Provincial Governor, Atty. Franklin P. Bautista, Provincial Admin, Atty. Geoffrey P. Navarra Jr., attended the said turn over together with PPDC Ms. Jocelyn R. Batucan, EnP, PGADH Ms. Cleo Danwata, and representatives from PPDO, PTO, and Tourism-Info.
Among the projects included in the projects are the following:
1. Street Lighting in Brgy. Lacaron, Malita
2. Repair/ Rehabilitation of Brgy. Tanglad Elementary School, Sta Maria
3. Construction of 1 classroom building and 2 toilets for Brgy. Nueva Villa National High School, Don Marcelino
4. Construction of concreted perimeter fence at Tubalan Elementary School, Malita
The project implementation will begin this year and continue until its completion.
