The continuing growth in the economy of Davao Occidental is seen to invite more investors in the province which could create more jobs for the residents.
Jessie A. Madulin, chief statistics specialist of the Philippine Statistics Authority in Davao Occidental, confirmed that the province has continued to expand, as revealed in the results of the 2022 Provincial Product Accounts.
Madulin said that the economy of Davao Occidental has increased by 7.1 percent in 2022, compared to 6.4 percent in 2021.
