An optimistic atmosphere encapsulated the 2024’s 1st Quarter Joint Meeting of the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) held at the Extension Office of the Governor, Legislative Complex, Barangay Lacaron, Municipality of Malita.
The meeting was presided by Governor Atty. Franklin P. Bautista, who expressed his gratitude to the members of the council and continued to call on for a proactive approach in providing solutions to the community’s concern.
Included in the agenda are the revitalization of the Provincial’s Peace and Order Council, strengthening of the Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council and other matters.
The council was well attended by provincial department and national government agencies’ heads and representatives and was organized by the Department of the Interior and Local Government – Davao Occidental.
